In the headlines, you may find stories about Cuban cigar smuggling. It is considered a crime to try to import them to the United States. It is said that there are penalties for smuggling. When I created my cartoon character, Cigar Keys, I never knew about Cuban cigars being smuggled. He represents a Cigar and is a criminal. The cigar man makes his own cigars and owns a cigar business.
